Requirements

BA/BS degree and minimum of 8 years of experience with writing business/functional requirements and implementing Agile methodologies (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
SAFe (SA) certification

Responsibilities

Define and execute a strategic product vision that enhances clinical efficiency, supports better member outcomes, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations
Lead Agile delivery of UM capabilities, partnering with cross-functional teams including clinicians, operations leaders, data scientists, and technologists
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with enterprise goals and measurable value delivery
Leverage frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe to guide teams through iterative development and continuous improvement cycles
Apply strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to solve problems holistically and drive informed decision-making
Partner with engineering, data science, and shared services teams to enable interoperability, automation, and integration that modernize clinical and UM processes
Act as a trusted voice of the customer and stakeholders, balancing innovation, compliance, and operational transformation to deliver seamless clinical experiences
Communicate customer needs and participate in validation of proposed solutions
Collaborate with product owners to continuously develop and communicate the vision for scrum teams and ensure efficient and effective development
Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases for Epics/features affecting the Agile Release Train (ART) or Team of Agile Teams, and make decisions on epics/features based on customer needs
Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance
Collaborate with system and solution architects to assist with decision-making and sequencing of key technical aspects to support new business functionality
Represent the needs and desires of the stakeholder community to Agile teams and serve as an expert on the market and customer
