Requirements

Hands-on Scrum Master experience, acting as Agile Coach for digital product teams
Ability to personally facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
Expertise in team performance optimization through observation, one-on-one coaching, and workshops
Proficiency in monitoring performance metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) and implementing Agile best practices (e.g., Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment)
Skills in proactive impediment removal, cross-functional coordination, and risk management
Experience establishing and maintaining technical project management standards, software development frameworks, and performance metrics
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication abilities
Capability to operate as both a practical "doer" and strategic "thinker," aligning work with organizational goals
Experience overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of products within a portfolio

Responsibilities

Act as primary Scrum Master for digital product teams (internal and external) in China, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies efficiently
Embed within teams to identify bottlenecks, drive improvement measures, increase delivery velocity and quality
Champion agile methodologies and process improvements to enhance project delivery
Monitor team performance metrics, implement Agile best practices, conduct retrospectives, and action improvements
Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments by coordinating cross-functional resources
Advocate for strong engineering practices with digital teams to ensure high-quality, maintainable software at sustainable pace
Cultivate Agile culture as a servant leader
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of products in Vantive portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Establish and maintain technical project management standards, software development frameworks, and performance metrics
Serve as central hub for coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and to quality standards
