It's a hybrid modality with one day in the office and four days at home. The office is located in Col. Nápoles (near WTC).
Requirements include Bachillerato o Preparatoria, minimum 6 months experience in Call Center (outbound calls), etiqueta telefónica, preferably CRM experience, and Excel handling.
The schedule is Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Candidates with at least 6 months of outbound call center experience, preferably in CRM usage, along with good phone etiquette and Excel skills, will be strong fits. A high school diploma (Bachillerato o Preparatoria) is required.
