Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and optimization of AI agents, working closely with customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and goals
  • Collaborate with senior PMs and engineers to translate customer needs into actionable product direction
  • Facilitate tight feedback loops from customer deployments into the engineering team — identifying gaps, surfacing patterns, and advocating for improvements
  • Help deliver successful agent implementations, coordinating onboarding, configuration, and iteration cycles
  • Work with the broader team to ensure customer success, monitor performance, and support high-quality agent outcomes over time
  • Represent Decagon in select customer interactions, growing your voice as a product leader and trusted partner
