Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of overall Japan Agency sales plan and strategy, working closely with other cross-functional teams
  • Identify and close strategic advertising partnerships with leading brand advertisers or agencies/intermediaries that help ensure long term success for the company
  • Build strong relationships with Japan agencies – Dentsu/Hakuhodo/ADK/Cyberagent and establish InMobi as a partner of choice
  • Develop and grow repeat business from existing advertising customers, partners and agencies
  • Must have or quickly develop senior-most agency relationships at CXO levels in region and by market
  • Manage agency and advertiser relationships to achieve quarterly revenue and monetization targets
  • Work cross-functionally to articulate and develop new advertising opportunities that meet the needs of buyers and demand sources
  • Communicate effectively internally to align resources (product, engineering, business operations etc.) to help meet and exceed advertisers’ needs that are critical to InMobi success in JP
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivating attitude and ability to lead a team positively
  • Coach & mentor existing sales team and proactively problem solve around any challenges
  • Actively drive hiring of new sales team members & be responsible for full ramp-up/training
