Requirements
2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in affiliate marketing, performance media or partnership marketing
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; and/or relevant work experience
Passion for entertainment and streaming
Proven track record of success, working with cross-functional teams in a global or highly complex organization
Polished communicator comfortable translating business needs
Responsibilities
Assist in implementing strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency via the global Disney+ affiliate marketing program
Support operational program management, including creative asset preparation, reporting, and insight aggregation
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like PR, brand, legal, and media strategy teams
Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase program scale, and enhance the efficiency of marketing spend
Build strategic relationships with key business, analytics, and technology leaders to ensure program and product success
Identify and recommend new affiliate partners, manage relationships with top performing partners, and implement optimization strategies to maximize partnership effectiveness
Conduct market research to stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends
Champion a collaborative work environment that cultivates shared understanding, transparency, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning
