Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in designing, developing and deploying scalable enterprise web applications and services using AEM, Frontend Web 2.0 and Java based technologies
  • Minimum 5 years experience in designing and developing large scale Content Management Systems using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x AMS, and AEM as a Cloud Service
  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Hands-on programming experience in Java/J2EE, and deploying highly scalable REST APIs with deep understanding of Java, J2EE, Servlets, HTL/Sightly skills, combined with enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring
  • Hands-on programming experience in designing and developing complex AEM Content Fragments, Nested content fragment models and integrations with third party tools and AEM launches
  • Proficient in the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling , Apache Felix, OSGI, Sightly
  • Good understanding of core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as JavaScript preferably using ES6 based Javascript, SPA (Single page applications ) , VueJS, React JS , SCSS and web services development using RESTful implementations
  • Proficient in developing Day CQ / AEM foundational concepts including Components, Templates, Dialogs, OSGI Bundles, Sightly, Workflows, MSM, Sling Schedulers, Models, Filters and Listeners for application development based on the business requirements
  • Good understanding of DAM and its integration with AEM
  • Expertise in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ( WCAG ) standards
  • Experienced in using JIRA as a bug tracking tool and git / github for version control
  • Familiarity in implementing A/B tests using Adobe Target and Analytics for Target ( A4T ) based integration
  • Practical understanding of Sprint cycles in SCRUM methodology, software development life cycle (SDLC), waterfall and agile methodologies

  • Work closely with business to understand requirements and define solutions
  • Develop POC’s and demo the work
  • Implementing Analytics tracking using Adobe Analytics ( AA) / Customer Journey Analytics ( CJA )
  • Collaborating with other team members in multiple teams
  • Diagnosing and debugging complex systems
  • Participating in investigating build, deployment and operational issues
  • Working under pressure and tight deadlines to solve critical issues
