The Advisory Solution Consultant will act as a subject matter expert, providing leadership and expertise to customers during sales engagements. This involves partnering with sales and solution consulting teams to drive customer success through thought leadership and awareness. The role requires a consultative approach to discover and map business outcome-driven solutions, create innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow SecOps products, and review customer security architectures. Responsibilities include responding to customer questions, developing and contributing to sales campaigns, maintaining a showcase of SecOps solutions, configuring solution environments, and collaborating with product management and development teams to enhance products. The consultant will also share best practices with global team members, stay current on competitive analyses, and support marketing events.
