Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role, with deep expertise in CRM and CPQ technologies across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, or Shopify. A strong technical understanding of APIs, middleware, cloud-native architecture, and web technologies such as JavaScript and JSON is required, along with proven experience in conducting technical discovery sessions and designing customer-focused solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and influence strategic decisions. Experience leveraging AI in work processes and familiarity with U.S. industry verticals are also necessary, while ServiceNow or other relevant cloud platform certifications are a plus.
The Advisory Solution Consultant will support sales efforts as a technical and domain expert across CRM, CPQ, and automation platforms, leading engaging technical discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer challenges and use cases. They will design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight business value, build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, and provide actionable insights to Product and Engineering teams. Additionally, the role involves sharing best practices and industry knowledge with the Solution Consulting team and representing the company at key marketing and customer events.
