Requirements

Active CPA license
BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 7 years’ experience between both public accounting and industry as part of an accounting function
Minimum 3-5 years related experience in a family owned business, family enterprise, family office, multi-family office, or wealth management accounting environment catering to UHNW individuals
Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting and customization within various ERP systems
Experience with multiple entity accounting – some experience with Trusts (revocable, Irrevocable, Grantor, Non-Grantor), Single member LLCs, LPs, Partnerships Interests is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with Insurance renewals, bill pay (RAMP, Bill.com, Brex, Expensify and similar tools)
Experience using QuickBooks, Intacct and NetSuite and/or other accounting packages
Demonstrated management experience with increasing levels of responsibility
Experience developing and mentoring junior level staff
Strong operational and technical accounting background, including ability to research complex technical accounting issues independently
Professionalism and discretion in interacting with others
