Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and not require sponsorship.
The Advisor, Coca-Cola Parts Order Process will provide dedicated support by processing and managing customer orders, returns, and inquiries, acting as a single point of contact for Coca-Cola Parts and Coke Catalog customers. Responsibilities include researching and resolving order issues using CCNA order management systems, creating and managing customer orders and returns, documenting issues and resolutions accurately, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify root causes and solve problems. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics to improve quality and speed, recommending systems and process improvements, and assisting with ad hoc projects. Key activities include order entry, processing expedited orders, managing customer order changes and cancellations, handling returns and credits, resolving transportation and order issues, providing item information, managing over/short/damaged processes, and troubleshooting website and EDI order issues.
