Requirements

Afgeronde mbo+/hbo-opleiding op het gebied van Facility Management en relevante werkervaring binnen het facilitaire werkveld
Minimaal 28 tot 32 uur per week beschikbaar
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; tactvol en in staat draagvlak te creëren
Het vermogen om goed te schakelen tussen beleid en praktijk
Energie en enthousiasme om samen te werken aan verbetering
Ervaring met beleidsmatig en/of projectmatig werken is een pre

Responsibilities

Analyseren, optimaliseren en (mede) ontwikkelen van nieuwe facilitaire processen, producten en diensten om efficiëntie en kwaliteit te verbeteren
Voorbereiden, uitwerken en implementeren van (deel)beleid binnen het facilitair werkgebied
Opstellen van documentatie, werkinstructies en communicatie richting collega’s
Ondersteunen van leidinggevenden en teams bij de uitvoering van beleid en kwaliteitsverbeteringen
