Requirements

Good communication with Project Manager
Interface with sales & PM and attend new project kick off meetings & related project meetings

Responsibilities

Follow new projects till transfer from Flow3 to Flow5
Work out Purchasing BOM list for new project
Prepare raw material in advance
Actively participate in Project Reviews and Design Reviews
Maintain and track Project Timing for PC&L deliverables
Make sure all related PC&L stipulations are in line with company policies and there are no missing information
Create PFEP, MFP, Logistics Plan, Ordering Plan, Inventory Plan, etc
Upload and maintain Master Part Data into MRP/ERP system
Develop a production ramp up plan
Develop a Production Plan and prepare Manufacturing Schedule
Validate scheduling and pull system of suppliers to satisfy manufacturing requirements in advance of SOP
Develop and execute the PC&L portion of the change implementation plan
