Responsibilities

  • Plan factory capacity and related equipment based on company HV product line business needs
  • Allocate human, equipment, and facility resources according to capacity requirements
  • Review and approve production development technical requirements and investment plans
  • Organize research into HV high-pressure product line pressing, welding, heat shrinking, tightening, assembly, leak testing, insulation testing, and other related manufacturing technologies
  • Apply new manufacturing technologies effectively and promptly to meet the company’s HV high-pressure product line business development needs
  • Organize technical personnel to address manufacturing technology challenges in the production process and promote the application of new processes, technologies, and materials
  • Design and implement HV high-pressure product line process layouts
  • Select and introduce equipment directly related to HV high-pressure product line production
  • Design and optimize production line balancing, adjusting production cycles as needed to meet production volume demands
  • Compile and distribute field process documents and time confirmations
  • Manage the design, issuance, application, optimization, and management of tools and fixtures
  • Maintain and manage related manufacturing systems
