Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing technology or digital experience platforms
  • Exposure to at least two Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., AEM, RT-CDP, Campaign, Target, Workfront)

Responsibilities

  • Support functional delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including AEM for content management, Real-Time CDP for audience segmentation, Target for personalization, Campaign for cross-channel orchestration, Analytics for performance insights, and Workfront for marketing workflow and content operations
  • Assist in translating business requirements into user stories and functional documentation
  • Participate in discovery workshops and solution design sessions
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure delivery aligns with business intent
  • Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing activities
  • Support content supply chain initiatives by helping streamline planning, production, and delivery workflows using Workfront and AEM Assets
  • Stay current on Adobe platform capabilities and emerging trends (e.g., GenAI, personalization, data privacy)
  • Help prepare training materials, documentation, and change management assets
