Requirements

Previous experience in an administration role within a fast-paced environment
Safety administration experience in a construction or similar heavy industry environment is highly regarded
Safety qualification (desirable)
Experience in 3D Safety would be highly beneficial

Responsibilities

Onboard people and sub-contractors through 3D Safety
Promote a positive culture of health and safety awareness
Ensure safety databases and records are accurate and effective
Assist with preparation of safety documents as required
Maintain and update HSE noticeboards site-wide
Support health and safety training and skill development
Provide timely health and safety information to internal and external customers
End-to-end coordination of a range of health and safety initiatives
Assist with health and safety reporting
