Responsibilities

Guarantee administrative management of the center and provide in-person and telephone attention
Act as a bridge between the organization and patients, coordinating tasks with other clinic professionals
Handle patient reception and farewell, including managing ambulance requests if necessary
Maintain updated files and document management for the clinic
Attend calls from patients or staff and resolve incidents
Follow up and make calls to patients to confirm and remind them of appointments if necessary
Prepare and send mail bags; distribute received letters and envelopes
Place orders for necessary materials in coordination with the Warehouse Manager, depending on the clinic
