Responsibilities

Handle front desk office duties
Welcome guests and colleagues as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Ensure tidiness of office
Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone, and email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail
Handle outgoing mail – USPS (Certified and Priority) and FedEx
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception
