Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk office duties
  • Welcome guests and colleagues as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Ensure tidiness of office
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone, and email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail
  • Handle outgoing mail – USPS (Certified and Priority) and FedEx
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception
