Requirements
- Degree or diploma in related fields
- At least 1 year hands-on experience in general affairs, and office management
- Tech-savvy with good computer skills (e.g. Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Ensure office security by following safety procedures/policies
- Assist with building access and maintaining access records
- Maintain pantry and office supplies inventory i.e. check stock, place orders, etc
- Liaise with regular vendors for maintenance, services and deliveries
- Receive, send and sort mails/couriers
- Create a positive work environment for all staff
