Responsibilities

Performing a variety of administrative duties including typing correspondence, memos, and other documents
Handling confidential material
Data entry
Assembling PowerPoint presentations
Answering a multiple-line telephone, handling routine inquiries or requests, directing calls, or taking messages
Greeting and directing visitors
Sorting and distributing mail and faxes
Preparing UPS and Federal Express shipments
Photocopying
Maintaining general and confidential files
Compiling data and generating reports
Scheduling meetings and preparing minutes, as well as coordinating annual sales meetings
Assembling information and organizing booklets from quarterly and annual sales meetings
Coordinating travel reservations and training
Working with expense reports
Ordering supplies
Any other duties or special projects as assigned
