  • Standard computer skills; Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Performing a variety of administrative duties including typing correspondence, memos, and other documents
  • Handling confidential material
  • Data entry
  • Assembling PowerPoint presentations
  • Answering a multiple-line telephone, handling routine inquiries or requests, directing calls, or taking messages
  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Sorting and distributing mail and faxes
  • Preparing UPS and Federal Express shipments
  • Photocopying
  • Maintaining general and confidential files
  • Compiling data and generating reports
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing minutes, as well as coordinating annual sales meetings
  • Assembling information and organizing booklets from quarterly and annual sales meetings
  • Coordinating travel reservations and training
  • Working with expense reports
  • Ordering supplies
  • Any other duties or special projects as assigned
