Responsibilities

  • Facilitate internal and external communications, including preparing presentations and meeting minutes
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests
  • Manage leaders’ calendars, scheduling both ad hoc and recurring meetings, often coordinating with other departments
  • Maintain shared information systems, including monthly metrics and reports
  • Keep organizational charts current and ensure delivery to QA/library
  • Process accounts payable invoices and distribute incoming mail
  • Coordinate employee office moves and maintain office equipment
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as faxing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
  • Support travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Act as a liaison for computer and software support
  • Serve as backup for other administrative staff
