Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Central Reach, which is a non-negotiable requirement. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also required. Experience in healthcare, ABA therapy, or behavioral services is considered a plus.
The Administrative Assistant will manage and maintain client records and scheduling through Central Reach, and assist with onboarding new clients and staff within the platform. Responsibilities include generating reports, tracking progress notes, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and coordinating meetings. The role also involves managing calendars, handling internal communications, supporting billing and payroll processes using Central Reach tools, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and providing general administrative support such as email correspondence, file management, and data entry.
