Responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance to Managers and staff, including dealing with customers, composing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and handling confidential information with discretion
Arrange travel (domestic and international), manage reservations on short notice, ensure passports/visas are up to date
Arrange meetings (local and offsite), ensure audio-visual equipment and network connections, arrange refreshments/food
Provide prompt, customer-oriented service to callers and visitors
Support onboarding process of new hires
Coordinate internal department activities
Actively participate in the schedule and agenda of Manager(s); facilitate project timelines, support efficiency
Interact professionally with Rockwell Automation Management
