Responsibilities

  • Support several senior leaders (2 to 4) in a true Administrative Assistant capacity (75%)
  • Balance multiple tasks with a high sense of urgency and exhibit adaptability and resiliency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars for several senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international), including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Be the face and voice of the Dallas office, with a commitment to being in-office 5 days per week (25%)
  • Greet, welcome, and assist visitors with a professional demeanor and continue this professionalism throughout communications between Accordion employees, building staff, and external vendors
  • Continue to grow office culture and plan social and service events that increase employee engagement efforts at all levels
  • Act as a liaison with building management and all external vendors
  • Oversee the upkeep of Dallas office space and ensure appropriate office inventory levels
  • Act as a key partner to leaders, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Help with ad hoc projects as they arise
