Requirements

Candidates should possess 1+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting a team of two or more, experience within Financial Services is preferred, strong communication skills, high organization and attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize, proactive teamwork skills, and the ability to work with various levels of management, along with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will manage calendars, schedule internal and external appointments, coordinate travel planning and itineraries, oversee weekly and monthly meetings, liaise with other organizations for scheduling and projects, answer calls and act as a gatekeeper, provide back-up support for senior professionals, book conference rooms, meet and greet guests, complete corporate expenses, coordinate travel arrangements, maintain and organize files, work on ad hoc projects, and build relationships with key players and management.
