  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, skilled in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and other collaboration tools; quick to learn new tools and technologies
  • Experience creating slide presentations with provided information and inputs
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with team members, contacts, public, etc
  • Exercises good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proactive, adaptable, and high energy; thrives in a fast-paced, nimble work environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform an extensive range of administrative tasks including heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, fielding calls, expense reporting, filing, and event scheduling
  • Assist with coordination of leadership visits, on-site meetings, and small-scale employee engagement events in partnership with the People Experience team
  • Create and edit professional documents and correspondence for internal and external audiences
  • Exercise good judgment and knowledge of the organization to balance business priorities, individual team needs, executive’s style, and company policy
  • Handle confidential information with sensitivity
  • Be resourceful and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare agendas and provide applicable background information prior to meetings to ensure executives are adequately prepared
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the India leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
