Responsibilities

Highs, lows, and modifications of privileged accesses
Administration of platforms to handle new technologies and integrations (connection plugins, credential rotation, credential providers)
Deployment, review, and maintenance of infrastructure
Management of support tasks through ITSM requests (ServiceNow)
Monitoring and compliance with SLAs
Improvements in processes, monitoring, documentation, automation, and case management with the manufacturer
Implementation of changes and deployments
Collaboration with other Santander Group teams (Identity Operations, Cybersecurity Engineering & Architecture, etc.)
