Requirements

  • Good English communication skills in both oral and written

Responsibilities

  • Manage facility and admin related work for Beijing office (50%)
  • Liaison with local building landlords/service providers (20%)
  • Implement global & regional initiatives and maintain good office environment (15%)
  • Provide FM services to all divisions (15%)
  • Lead the Beijing office related consolidation & optimization projects
  • Lead the Beijing office renovation projects
  • Take care of the Beijing office facility management responsibility
  • Liaison with building landlord and property management company for regular payments and daily operation of the office
  • Provide regular monitoring and report for energy usage
  • Take care of business routine facility related requests, complaints & feedbacks
  • Lead Beijing office reception services
  • Manage the office security system including CCTV and access control system
  • Manage the facility related expense budget for the Beijing office
