Requirements

Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field and have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply. Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications and Email are required. Candidates should have the ability to work extra hours if necessary and possess problem-solving skills to interact with personnel from various departments. Applicants must be willing to work in Section 22, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

The Admin, Cross Border will plan and monitor daily shipper data management and input shipper data accurately into the designated system. They will communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English, coordinate with other departments such as Customer Service, OPS, and Fleet, and maintain paperwork required for all data entry related to shipper requirements. The role includes analyzing and maintaining all KPIs, managing operations reports, and reviewing overall shipper performance. The Admin will also handle documentation regarding RDO, GRN, and ensure accurate invoicing and financial reporting by checking discrepancies in billing. They will oversee urgent parcel deliveries, manage parcel aging at the hub, and professionally handle weight disputes from shippers.
