Fresh graduates with good academic results and a strong co-curricular record are welcomed. Previous internship or experience in logistics or 3PL management is advantageous. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa is required, with additional languages such as Mandarin being a plus. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Adaptability, proactivity, a positive attitude, and strong work ethics are essential. The ability to multi-task and a results-driven mindset are also important, along with flexibility in working hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

The Admin, Cross Border will engage independently with clients using Ninja Van services and assist them with issues related to order uploads, first mile and last mile matters, disputes, and complaints, as well as other administrative duties to coordinate shipping activities. They will prepare and communicate accurate shipping data and reports for shippers and meetings. The role involves providing data analysis to improve client performance, handling routine client inquiries, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve operational challenges. Additionally, they will proactively propose changes to streamline processes, maintain open communication with stakeholders across geographies, and support administration and warehouse operations.
