Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising or ad operations on the publisher side
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, SSPs, or other ad tech platforms
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and browser debugging tools (e.g., DevTools)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and solving problems

  • Experience with campaign management and optimization, final wrap reporting, and forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM) and SSPs
  • Ensure timely trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting of campaigns to guarantee flawless delivery
  • Analyze ad performance data to identify trends, optimize delivery, and maximize revenue
  • Maintain ad quality and user experience by enforcing frequency caps, viewability standards, and brand safety protocols
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, product, and tech teams to support sales efforts
  • Maintain internal documentation for trafficking workflows, campaign setup, and reporting processes
  • Work with third-party vendors (e.g., DoubleVerify, IAS, Bombora) for measurement, targeting, and compliance
