As an Ad Operations Coordinator, you will ensure campaigns are successfully launched and optimized, troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. You will collaborate directly with Customer Support Managers and Analysts on daily workload needs, client reporting, and ad hoc projects. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve data-driven issues, applying analytical skills to improve campaign performance, take on increasing responsibilities such as overseeing campaign reporting, optimizations, and contributing to ad hoc projects, proactively identify areas for improvement, and assist the team in enhancing processes while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Furthermore, you will utilize third-party tools to ensure creatives meet ad specifications, schedule direct-sold and programmatic campaigns in ad servers, validate creatives against acceptability guidelines, and collaborate with Client Services to ensure seamless campaign launches and performance, providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
