An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
The role involves leading contract actions like solicitations and modifications, providing expertise on FAR and DoD procedures, coordinating with stakeholders, developing acquisition strategies, advising on risk mitigation, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance.
Candidates with prior experience as a Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) or Buyer, strong understanding of contract types, pricing strategies, and incentive structures, plus excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills will stand out.
