Responsibilities

Support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering
Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP BRIM landscape, providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle
Identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues on time
Serve as an SAP functional consultant and assist with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests
Engage with clients to understand requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop roadmaps
Develop innovative solution designs leveraging service offerings
Support business development initiatives, including proposal generation, shaping solution plans, and defining delivery approaches for SAP transformations
Oversee ERP integrations and assist in developing proof of concepts
Advise clients on BRIM processes based on leading industry practices
Collaborate with client teams (order-management, finance, operations) for seamless execution
Utilize SAP BRIM platforms to manage and optimize subscription processes
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Provide training and support to client sales teams on order creation best practices
Ensure client sales activities are documented and tracked in the system
Participate in developing thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics
