Candidates must possess a BSc in Electrical, Computer, or Information Engineering with a strong signal-processing background. Proficiency in Python, including libraries like pandas and NumPy, is essential, as is familiarity with time-series sensor data, signal statistics, and anomaly-detection techniques. A working knowledge of AWS services such as S3 and EC2, along with SQL, is required. Experience deploying dashboards or data applications using tools like Grafana, Kibana, Dash, or Streamlit is also necessary.
The Accuracy Performance Engineer will fine-tune and suggest improvements for ML models based on observed field discrepancies and failures. They will build tools to proactively identify and flag devices with sensor issues, monitor and visualize aggregate field sensor data and model predictions, and investigate inbound customer tickets with the goal of reducing their volume to near zero. This role also involves conducting root-cause analysis, sharing structured summaries with ML and Sensor teams, and contributing to post-mortems, preventive tests, and documentation of edge-case behavior.
