Responsibilities

  • Manages end-to-end account administration for securities lending clients, ensuring accurate setup, fee review, and system updates
  • Identifies client service needs and integrates organizational knowledge to deliver tailored solutions
  • Partners with relationship managers to support business growth through client presentations, implementation planning, and servicing coordination
  • Evaluates client account objectives to identify opportunities for service enhancements and operational improvements
  • Handles daily client activity, processes transactions, resolves inquiries, and ensures proper documentation and data integrity
  • Leads the development and execution of action plans for client activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed
  • Ensures accurate fee setup and validation within the securities lending system
  • Identifies and implements service efficiencies and process improvements using proactive and creative approaches
  • Serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day client queries related to their securities lending programs
  • Maintains regular communication with clients regarding account status and documentation needs, and ensures thorough documentation of services and communications
  • Conducts statistical analysis on client portfolios to uncover untapped opportunities
  • Oversees a portfolio of assigned clients, assists the relationship manager to develop new business from existing clients and executing business implementation plans
  • Acts as the first point of client contact for any securities finance queries and liaises with cross-functional internal teams (including Operations and Business Management Teams) to improve the entire client experience
