Responsibilities
Manages end-to-end account administration for securities lending clients, ensuring accurate setup, fee review, and system updates
Identifies client service needs and integrates organizational knowledge to deliver tailored solutions
Partners with relationship managers to support business growth through client presentations, implementation planning, and servicing coordination
Evaluates client account objectives to identify opportunities for service enhancements and operational improvements
Handles daily client activity, processes transactions, resolves inquiries, and ensures proper documentation and data integrity
Leads the development and execution of action plans for client activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed
Ensures accurate fee setup and validation within the securities lending system
Identifies and implements service efficiencies and process improvements using proactive and creative approaches
Serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day client queries related to their securities lending programs
Maintains regular communication with clients regarding account status and documentation needs, and ensures thorough documentation of services and communications
Conducts statistical analysis on client portfolios to uncover untapped opportunities
Oversees a portfolio of assigned clients, assists the relationship manager to develop new business from existing clients and executing business implementation plans
Acts as the first point of client contact for any securities finance queries and liaises with cross-functional internal teams (including Operations and Business Management Teams) to improve the entire client experience
