Requirements

Experience with Business Central and the alcohol sales industry, particularly working with distributors, is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for generating and distributing invoices, processing and reconciling payments, and managing collections for overdue accounts. This role involves working with distributors to resolve discrepancies, collaborating with other departments to ensure pricing and product shipment accuracy, maintaining detailed transaction records, preparing accounts receivable reports, and addressing customer inquiries and billing disputes.
