Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Proficient in GSuite and Excel (Oracle or Coupa are a bonus)
  • Analytically and process-driven with strong communication skills and creative thinking
  • Works well on teams and as an individual contributor
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Responsibilities

  • Process PO backed and non-PO backed invoices in the P2P and ERP system
  • Ensure records are managed and maintained in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business questions related to vendor master data
  • Complete requests for vendor master data in a timely, accurate manner and perform integrity checks
  • Ensure all new vendor requests contain the appropriate supporting documentation before entry into the ERP
  • Support the team with requests from auditors
  • Work alongside the Accounting team to verify that invoices are recorded accurately in the general ledger
  • Support the immediate AP team cross-functionally by managing workload and minimizing processing volumes
  • Respond to external vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice and payment inquiries
