Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with NetSuite are required, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team.
The Accounting Manager will provide direction, oversight, and communication to accounting staff, leading monthly financial close activities and overseeing accounting staff through month-end and operational tasks. They will review journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of account reconciliations, and drive process improvements and optimize efficiencies within the accounting and reporting areas, including streamlining tasks and utilizing tools like NetSuite or AI.
