This position requires an end-to-end process ownership approach to support BAMKO's e-commerce business, exercising judgment to advance projects, making sound decisions, and escalating risks to leadership as needed. The role demands the ability to navigate ambiguity and reprioritize tasks based on evolving business needs, often managing multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in accounting and controls specifically related to inventory.
  • A combination of strong analytical (or public/technical accounting) and operational skills.
  • Proven ability to act as an end-to-end process owner for BAMKO's e-commerce business.
  • Capacity to exercise sound judgment to ensure project progression.
  • Skill in escalating risks effectively to leadership when necessary.

    • Managing invoicing and reporting to customers.
    • Handling payment transactions, including deposits, chargebacks, payment application, and tracking funds on account.
  • Act as the primary finance lead for new webstore implementations, ongoing webstore operations, and webstore closures, collaborating with stakeholders such as sales, IT, operations, and customers.
  • Review customer contracts to identify, advise on, and execute relevant accounting treatments.
