Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and SOX compliance is required, as well as experience with e-commerce accounting and inventory management.
The Accounting Manager will oversee e-commerce accounting operations, including inventory transactions, invoicing, and customer payments, while also serving as the finance lead for new webstore implementations and closures. They will maintain related SOX processes, conduct risk assessments, and ensure the effectiveness of internal controls, continuously driving process improvement and implementing new solutions in collaboration with various teams. This role also involves executing judgment, prioritizing projects, and escalating risks to leadership while supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
