Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft office applications with strong experience in Excel, excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to work diligently and on own initiative with minimal supervision, and the ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
The Accounting Executive will be responsible for executing daily accounting activities, including the preparation of accounting entries, reconciliation of bank and other financial accounts, and assisting in the preparation of various financial reports of Shift4 and other group companies, collaborating with the finance team and other departments to support financial control and reporting, verifying the accuracy of the balance sheet figures by corroborating with supporting documentation and follow-up on any issues identified, reconciling intercompany accounts between the group entities and investigate and resolve any discrepancies, assisting the financial controlling team with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements by gathering financial information for SOX audits, and performing ad-hoc tasks as may be required.
