Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team. This role involves managing bookkeeping, processing accounting transactions, and assisting with financial reporting for multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly US GAAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Education: At minimum, an Associate's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a similar field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience.
• Skills:
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
  • Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Background in US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, gather, and compile accounting transactions and documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Manage bookkeeping and track responsibilities and tasks monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Assist with the preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports.
• Provide bookkeeping services for multiple businesses.
• Assist with tax document management and organization.
• Respond to accounting inquiries and simple questions from clients.
• Manage the calendar for accounting responsibilities.
• Attend virtual periodic meetings with clients.
• Respond timely to clients, vendors, and employees to research and resolve discrepancies.
• Record, enter, and pay invoices.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: P75,000 – P80,000 (Monthly Package)
• Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT
