Proven experience in successfully supporting a best-in-class Invoice Operations team providing best practice service delivery and actionable business insights
Highly self-motivated
Ability to partner with global STS team members to standardize processes globally
Skill in effectively managing perceptions and expectations of internal stakeholders
Knowledge to maintain process integrity, internal and SOX controls, compliance with the Controller’s Manual, and applicable laws and regulations
Capability to provide thoughtful analysis and recommendations based on trends, performance, and future projections
Understanding of business direction, key changes, and needs to adapt Invoice Operations proactively
Proficiency in executing daily Invoice Operations activities using ticketing systems, supplier invoice, and workflow activity
Experience providing training and guidance to offshore teams and internal/external customers
Ability to interact successfully with global STS team members
Competence in supporting strategic and cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

Partner with global STS team members to standardize processes globally for scalability
Effectively manage perceptions and expectations of internal stakeholders
Maintain process integrity, internal and SOX controls, and ensure compliance with the Controller’s Manual and applicable laws/regulations
Accountable for service delivery against agreed KPIs and service partnership agreements
Provide analysis and recommendations to business leaders for informed decisions based on trends, performance, and projections
Understand business direction and initiate conversations on adapting Invoice Operations
Execute daily Invoice Operations activities using ticketing system, supplier invoices, and workflows
Provide training and guidance to offshore team and internal/external customers
Interact with global STS team members
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, SOX controls, government, and legal requirements
Support strategic and cross-functional projects
Proactively reach out to end-users in assigned functional areas to resolve invoice exceptions, ensure timely approval/payment, and provide training on STS systems/processes/procedures
Provide support to end-users via established Office Hours tools
Proactively work with assigned Critical Suppliers to ensure timely invoice submission via expected channels
