Responsibilities

Review, store and Book Vendor bills
Perform Day to Day GL accounting
Keep track of Accruals & Prepayments
Ensure AP transactions are booked in the correct GL Code
Prepare VDS & TDS summary
Perform Month end Close tasks
Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation to ensure financial books represent a true and fair view
Maintain liaison with all departments to communicate and resolve financial issues as they arise
