Requirements

Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of accounting experience. They should possess knowledge of Indian GAAP and US GAAP, proficiency in SAP modules, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent attention to detail, analytical abilities, judgment within procedures, prioritization skills, and communication abilities are also required.

Responsibilities

The Accountant will process accounting entries, maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, and prepare financial statements. Responsibilities include managing inter-company accounting, providing transaction records, preparing ad hoc and audit reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley, obtaining approvals, and recommending process improvements. The role also involves monthly bank reconciliations, maintaining receipts and disbursement reports, interpreting financial records, and performing other assigned duties.
