Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Account Success Representative team on creating and executing face-to-face marketing campaigns to improve community engagement
  • Assist in managing accounts for new and existing consumers, building meaningful relationships, and driving consumer retention and engagement
  • Work with senior Account Success Representative team members to improve the sales delivery process and enhance consumer engagement
  • Take on increasing responsibilities and contribute to leading projects and initiatives as you grow in the role
  • Report and analyze consumer engagements to measure the effectiveness of sales efforts and work with the team to improve outreach strategies
