Responsibilities

  • Administer and lead contract execution activities, including decomposing requirements, executing deliverables, and tracking performance for products and services
  • Scope activation support for OEM component customers (electric propulsion, battery systems, flight control computers, and other hardware), generating tailored frameworks considering all BETA product lines (Aircraft, GSE, Defense, Components), including scope, schedule, resources, and integration needs
  • Collaborate with Program Director, Program Manager, engineering, and operations teams to pre-plan, develop, and maintain project schedules through component delivery and post-delivery sustainment
  • Manage ERP inputs (e.g., sales order entry), coordinate with operations and logistics to track parts, and maintain customer/order details in CRM and ERP to ensure delivery per order terms
  • Lead communication and coordination with customers on key milestones and activities, including status updates before, during, and after shipment
  • Establish, identify gaps in, and refine processes; develop work instructions; provide training to team members (e.g., logistics, supply chain, operations)
  • Coordinate with Aftermarket Team for customer support, spares, consumables, tooling, equipment, logistics, and warehousing
  • Manage executive business reviews and/or senior management program reviews on agreed cadence, as well as ad hoc reviews
