Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute functional strategy and aggregate view of portfolio of clients to meet or exceed financial (Net Revenue and Net Income growth) and scorecard goals
  • Manage revenue, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunity pipelines
  • Define client engagement approach, key functional governance, and apply performance insights to orchestrate delivery of strategy
  • Enable FXB business to be growth engine for Visa by driving business growth at up to 50% p.a. over 3-5+ years
  • Contribute to building new business for Visa in money movement space and diversify from core consumer payments into global cross-border flows
  • Own Net Revenue sales target for portfolio of clients (cluster team and individually)
  • Originate and deliver aggressive sales target for Visa Money Movement capabilities (Visa Direct Card/Account/Wallet, VXBS, B2BCC)
  • Create and nurture wide network of stakeholders across key players in the region
  • Leverage internal and external relationships to develop robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Define best product proposition based on deep knowledge of client’s situation and create implementation roadmap
  • Work with finance business partners to structure high-value, complex commercial deal structures
  • Align closely with Compliance and Risk to enable swift client onboarding
  • Own Net Revenue target for the cluster (team and individually)
  • Execute on signed deals to bring revenue in timely manner in line with business plan
  • Manage clients operationally and grow net revenue by upselling existing/new MMS capabilities and identifying other Visa opportunities
  • Optimize customer performance by working with enabling functions (Account Management, Marketing, CS, data analytics, VCA, etc.)
  • Participate in sales initiatives including new product roll-outs, new case studies, or scaling Visa’s capabilities
  • Consult on commercial process improvements to enable better sales and time-to-revenue processes
