Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of US school partnerships, including generating increasing numbers of assistant and lead teacher roles for districts, private centers, and charter schools
  • Upselling Zen products and services to schools
  • Reporting on key trends and feedback from schools and collaborating with the Product team to implement feedback
  • Serving as a responsive, central point of contact for all school partnership stakeholders
  • Managing an engaged portfolio of US educators, communicating daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in long-term or daily subbing roles
  • Communicating with educators in active roles to ensure they receive feedback, are happy, and problem-solving to retain them or find new roles
  • Coaching educators when relevant and ensuring they complete company-provided training to improve performance
