Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in down hole ESP equipment (e.g., field service, engineering, reliability, sales support)
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to work with and communicate across functional teams to support the entire sales cycle from quote to cash
  • Ability to identify and adapt to different customer personas
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions

Responsibilities

  • Selling ESP and associated equipment to named account(s), including key accounts within a single business group/P&L
  • Business development to grow accounts with new and existing customers
  • Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice
  • Contributing to prices and conditions with a certain degree of granularity, working on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks, with some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions
  • Handling diverse clients in a region
  • Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales
